          Bandon View Beach House is a large three bedroom luxury home built in 1999 in Bandon's Sunset area
            and remodeled in February 2006.  In the Master suite you will wake up to incredible ocean views, sleep in
            a king size bed, and relax in a Jacuzzi tub. There are 2 bedrooms that share a full bathroom in the back of the
            home.  The first has a double bed & a twin bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. (There is a queen
            size raised air mattress available to sleep 2 extra people if needed)

          The Home Features All One Level Living.

                             Larger Master Suite with walk-in closet, master bath with double sink, jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

                            style dining table for eight, a walk in pantry for convenience and a wet bar.
                         
                            There are two decks, one the East side for morning sun and one on the West side for ocean and sunset views.
                          
                            Fiber Optics coming to the Home (Jan. 2007) to provide free long distance phone calls, free Hi Speed Internet and a
                            large selection of 107 TV channels and 40 music channels.

                            Washer and Dryer on living level

                            Large screen TV, DVD, VCR,  games for entertainment, books.

                            Gas BBQ, Crab Nets, ping pong table and sand toys in the oversized garage.
